Use of Website and Retaining of our services
1. About Helping Hands
RNB Cleaning Corporation, doing business as Helping Hands (hereafter referred to as “Helping Hands”), is a locally owned and operated provider of non-medical in-home support and companionship services in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Helping Hands provides practical assistance with activities of daily living such as light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, household coordination, and companionship. Helping Hands does not provide medical, nursing, personal care, or regulated health services, and is not a licensed health care provider.
2. Use of Website
This website is provided for general informational purposes only. While Helping Hands makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of website content.
Use of this website and reliance on any information contained herein is at your own risk.
3. Scope of Services
Helping Hands provides non-medical assistance only. Services expressly excluded include, but are not limited to:

Medical treatment or diagnosis

Medication administration or management

Personal health care or nursing services

Any service regulated under provincial health legislation
All services are agreed upon in advance and delivered within defined, non-medical parameters. Helping Hands reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue services that fall outside our scope, present safety concerns, or violate company policy.
4. Booking & Payment
Services may be booked by phone, email, or online inquiry. Rates, minimum visit durations, and service terms are discussed during consultation and may vary based on service type, location, and client needs.
Invoices are payable in accordance with stated payment terms. Helping Hands reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid or overdue accounts.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to two hours of scheduled service, unless otherwise stated in a service agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment

Disclose any relevant information that may affect service delivery, including mobility, behavioral, or safety considerations

Treat Helping Hands staff with respect and professionalism
Helping Hands reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services if staff safety is compromised or if conditions are deemed unsafe.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helping Hands, its employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Clients acknowledge that services are provided on an “as agreed” and “as available” basis, and Helping Hands shall not be held responsible for events, delays, or outcomes beyond its reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of Helping Hands or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Helping Hands complies with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia. Personal information is collected, used, and stored solely for the purpose of providing services and administering client relationships. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
10. Changes to Terms
Helping Hands reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
